A 19 year old woman named Renisha Mcbride crashed her car and was coming up to the door of Theodore Wafer. He felt threaten so he locked his door, but she was still there asking for help. He then shot her in the face, he his pleeing self defense because he was in fear of his life. Ms. Mcbride was over 3 times the legal alcohol limit in Michigan. Theodore was chraged with second degree murder, manslaughter, and commiting a felony with a firearm

Mr. Stannard got a prescription for his knee called oxycodone. When it ran out he wanted more, so he went to a drug dealer to buy them. He didnt have a job, so he took credit on the drugs and owed Pops, the drug dealer, $150. Mr. Stannard was getting threatened ans so was his mom so they moved and Pops and his people still found them. This is when Pops took him in his car and said he was going brutally beat them so his mom cant recognize him or he has to fill this fake prescription. He filled and later got charged with trafficking illeagl drugs and obtaining a fake prescription. He was found guilty the first time he went to court, but then he got an appeal and it got overturned and he was found not guilty.
