         <description><![CDATA[<div>Total transparency, I do not make New Year's Resolutions.  Not making annual resolutions doesn't mean I'm a slacker without goals.  I just go about them a little differently.  And after learning more about my personality, I now understand why. They make me feel boxed in, which is an uncomfortable state. I am a firm believer that each day brings an opportunity to start anew.  Not just for me, but for my relationships with family, friends, and students as well. I love to live <strong>IN</strong> the moment, the here and now.  If you'd ask my husband he'd say, I love to live <strong>FOR</strong> the moment, lol.  Each day I intentionally try to be my best self by being kind, loving, respectful, empathetic, and helpful to both myself and those around me. Which doesn't always look the same or even sound the same, in which, I resolve to try again tomorrow.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This year will be the first year since my husband I have have gotten married that we don't have any big "life changes" planned (i.e. new jobs, moving, having kids, etc.) We are excited for a year of (hopefully) more consistency ahead.  I am excited to take this year to  focus more on making changes in my life that I have put on the back burner.<br><br>So often, I find myself complaining about things I am unhappy within my life.  So, I am committing to making small changes in my daily decisions that will have big impacts on how I live my life.<br><br>Here are my 2019 intentions:<br>1. Read the Bible and meditate on it daily.<br>2. Pray daily and keep a journal.<br>3. Read the Bible, pray and sing a song of worship with my son every night before bed.<br>4. Attend church service weekly.<br>5. Be more involved in my church.<br>6. Get down to my goal weight by eating healthier with weight watchers.<br>7. Drink 90oz. of water a day.<br>8. Purchase more natural foods, cleaning products, and beauty products.<br>9. Avoid fast food and soda.<br>10. Do not drive while distracted<br>11. Try yoga </div>]]></description>
