         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think that stigma and the terms "normal and abnormal" do play a role in the unfair treatment of incarcerated BME people because the things they may be experiencing or going through may seem "normal" for their racial group but not for whites, resulting in different treatment methods which usually mean paying less attention to them and not giving them enough or any of the resources they need to get help.</div>]]></description>
