3 ways to stay healthy

Every person has to be healthy to ensure a good life. They have to know how to keep their health in a good condition. There are 3 ways to stay healthy. First, eat healthy foods such as fruits,vegetables and avoiding to ear junk foods like crisps,burger and others. Then, they have to do some exercises  at least 3 times a week. They can do a fitness training, playing football and jogging.

Other than that, they have to do medical checkup to check if they have any health problem. So, they can avoid from worst health problem.

     Superbike is the one of my dream vehicles. The superbike is the Ducati Panigale 1299 Superleggera. Superleggera means superlight in Italy . They improve by using material such as carbon fiber to make it lighter than previous model. Ducati use carbon fiber for the wheels , swinging arm and frame .
