To what extent a combination of a structure and creativity can decrease the stress level of a mind and lead to productivity while giving equal opportunity of expression to all individuals in a community. - 300 words

Key factors to keep in mind during the research:
Can there be a solution that can be applied to all individuals?
Where does stress come from?

What brings are stress levels down?

How can procrastination be reduced?

In considering the attitude and activities of people in work environments, schools, places where we are put in pressure, it is important for us to focus on where that stress is coming from. When we are stressed, one of the most important thing that we need to be focusing on would be our hierarchy of needs. This is because it is the root solution to making us as humans happy. This change in emotions not only leads to a better day but because being happy would mean that your body is happy as well which can really make a change in our pace and quality of our work.

How do colours impact the amount of stress that we have over our heads?
Red is apparently associated with bloodshed, war, despair, battle etc. ... Red color is also known to increase pulse and heart rate and elevate blood pressure. According to scientists and color psychology, colors might affect a person's mood and personality. Hence, red can cause stress. Colours not only relive stress but also make us happy, psychologists say that colours can make you happy, sad, enthusiastic, stressed and bring out so many more emotions. For an example, Pink is soft and tranquil. Its peacefulness promotes a better balance of energy and the colour yellow is sunny and cheerful but softer than red or orange. It's a great colour in case you want to lift your spirits and combat stress.
