Validation of the numbers, needs to be part of the plan
  1. Data migration - Missing incremental data staging for data quality checkpoints and validation
  2. Missing screenshots / artifacts of successful data migration
  3. No tic and tie between source and target data files
  4. No standard naming convention for data files
  5. No change control / version control of data files
  6. No standard folder configuration for storage of project documents
  7. 7) No description of data transformation activities
  8. Data migration documents need to be updated with data validation efforts executed on 8/10.
  9. No evidence / file created which captures the # of deduped objects.
  10. No before and after snap shots of deduped data
  11. No comprehensive diagram of data flows 
  12. No documentation of the manual processes involved in data processing
  13. No formal documentation of approvals for changes in scope of data to be migrated. (approvals / request were done via emails)

Wipe out of Pam's work from DEV, QA, UAT

Env did not match DEV, QA, UAT, Prod for smoke testing was a waste of time. UI changes need to be a mirror on all envios

Field mappings, UI changes, code migration, code freeze

Envio Stability needs to be looked at

Communication plan needs to be re-looked at

Product Owners - getting confused when phases got switched, 

Test scripts could of been more robust
Marketing did not do a good job detailing the approach

Play backs could of been better, challenges, trying to tell the story form customer view point. Play backs need to be re-looked at especially from end to end.

QA, Training team was brought in to late in the process
RSC, need to be added so they can confirm the business needs

Data problems after go live, Buyers, 1,2,3,4 -  Needed functional person to look at these cases. Should of been caught during testing 

Do not close a defect until it's tested, send back to original tester that failed it

Understanding of what was being asked to do in the systems, late identified items, not documented, rush to accommodate 

Everything needs to be documented 

Quarterly reviews - Laura with Bruce, John, PO, Kay

Product Owners - communicating to them what better expectations, on what is coming up

Travel Schedule when they will be in MIA or not in MIA

Reporting, Mkt, Sales did not get down and dirty with the divisions

No real good data to test the reports
Road maps on reporting, resource is getting brought in to support this effort
Looking at fields and confirming that we really needed them
Making sure the data was in place, trying to understand where the data was held
Train Pam and divisions on reports

Training Data - need better sets of it in place by division 

Stories - Whoever created them needs to put a name on them

On go live everyone needs to be in town

UAT - need to confirm who they are exactly to support Roseline
