Some ecosystems are very complex while others are very small, but harming one keystone piece of a community could cause it to collapse. If the coral reef went away, there would be no more fish, which also means there are no fish left to catch, and all the fisherman out their lose their jobs, and there would be a great loss for many people.

Ecosystems are affected by humans through the way we live and the way we treat the world. We treat the world as if we are the only ones on the planet, by throwing our trash were ever we want to. We cause a part of the life to hurt. We cause a species to go and then that can cause a entire ecosystem to fall. The world need every living thing in the different ecosystems. Without a single part of an ecosystem it can make a whole ecosystem collapse. If we take a single small plant away from an ecosystem it can completely make an ecosystem fall apart. One living thing is taken away can lead to another part taken away until there is nothing left. If we take on part out researchers can lose their jobs, if they specialize in that one type of animal that nobody wants to research. Without researcher we would know less about an animal and not know what to do if we were to have encounter an animal that is not known we would have no idea what to do.

Ecosystems are a very fragile but main part that makes up our world. Like a spider web, if one part is taken out or fails, it can lead to the whole ecosystem collapsing. About 75% of ecosystems are in the ocean because the ocean is such a big part of Earth. Take coral reefs for example, many organisms depend on coral reefs for survival such as fish, and tons of other aquatic life. With water population, oil spills, and so much more, you’re not only affecting coral reefs, but the whole ocean environment too. To lawyers, we should make a rule that it’s illegal to pollute the waters, and oil spills should be watched cautiously. If this situation is not taken care of, who knows what might happen to all of our oceans? This also connects to rainforests and jungles. We should make it illegal to cut down a certain number of trees, and we should give organisms their own privacy instead of having tourists trample over their habitats everyday. The impact of ecosystems affect humanity because we use all of these resources everyday. We need food, water, shelter, and so much more to survive and most of it all comes from ecosystems. So if ecosystems are getting damaged, society can be damaged later too. This is why we should be cautious of everything we do to nature and ecosystems.

An ecosystem is a geographic area where plants, animals, and other organism, as well as weather and landscape work together to form a bubble of life. Every factor in an ecosystem depends on every other factor. Anything that causes harm to any part of an ecosystem, can cause great damage to the entire ecosystem. A coral reef is an underwater ecosystem and coral is one of the main foods for sea animals such a fish. However many tourist agents take people to corals reefs for snorkeling, or swimming. And one of the main thing people use when they are outsides is, sunblock. Sunblock protects your skin from sun burns, but sunblock also damages coral which is a very important component in the ocean. There is an ingredient in sunblock the damages, kills, or changes the color of coral. Since coral is so important to fish and other marine species, if there is no more coral that fish in the ocean could die of starvation and what ever eats fish could die of starvation the that will ripple until there are no more sea animals. What we need to do is to educate people on how to save marine life from the effects of pollution. We need to educate people on reducing plastic usage, especially plastic straws. We need to have lawmakers ban single us plastic, takeout containers, and bottles. We need to spread the word about the dangers of pollution in the ocean and recycle when we can, and participate in beach clean up. We also must require people who go in the ocean to use only reef safe sunscreen that do not have toxic chemicals.

Ecosystems are very vulnerable and should be paid attention to throughout humanity. There are many regions of ecosystems that have a lot of diversity within them. I personally think lawmakers don’t pay much attention to how they can make new laws to help protect and cherish our ecosystems a little longer. Adults should know what effects they have on their actions and how they can make a difference by doing little things. The ecosystems biodiversity has a huge part of humanity. Without the diversity that most ecosystems have we would not have much food, water, species/animals, recreation, clean air, etc.
