To get a bot to use the attached prompt, I had success with simply uploading the attached document and writing: "I need to learn about the greenhouse effect".

To simulate being a student, I have used Section 1. Examples of students’ initial diagrams about the greenhouse effect in this page:

The section contains a number of pictures of student drawings preceded by short descriptions of them.

Rul tried Lumo: did not work well at first. It kept asking the same question even after I responded. I used the non-signed up version of Lumo though! Perhaps, I need to log in to get a better version of this GenAI. After a few attempts, Lumo worked as well as Claude in reading the attached instruction. I also tried chaGPT using different prompt to make it work better: "I want to learn about greenhouse effect based on the attached file as a student".

Sofie tried Claude and worked well. Gemini worked well too. Sofie tried chatGPT with the original prompt and it gave the entire explanation of greenhouse effect instead of reading the attached instruction.

Jeanette tried Copilot and it acted like chatGPT and it gave away a lot of explanations about greenhouse effect.

I noticed how it didn't care about language and how the final answer seemed to take my previous conversations into account by giving an answer as if I was a teacher about to do a presentation on the topic. It may be necessary for this type of projects to use an incognito mode (called temporary mode in Copilot).
