It is a biological hazard.

Symptoms caused by this organism include diarrhoea, abdominal pain, bloody diarrhoea, and haemolytic uremic syndrome, a serious condition that can lead to kidney failure and can be fatal.

Hazards : only chemical hazards here
- Risk of Legionella : bacteria that like to grow in warm, stagnant water. The bacteria cause Legionnaires’ disease

Managing of the risks : now the bacterias are here, the plumbing need to be clean entirely (pipes, nozzles, joints, and other elements of plumbing) and the toxic water removed by plumbing specialists. Some bacterial tests can be done to not have to clean everything if not contaminated. The decisions are made by the buildings owners (public or private)

There is guidance for hotel that reopen after seasonal break, and has to be taken in account for this case.
