I do not enjoy documentaries as I would prefer to read. I was able to do post 1 & 2 quickly though. After watching the movie, I did realize that there is value in seeing and hearing one's voice. It provided techniques to use when responding to disasters in order to help individuals affected. The way the training was formatted with situations, exact words to use along with checkpoints helped me learn the information. I especially benefitted from practicing with the different situations. Although I did not initially like the idea of a group project due to this being an online class, I am thankful in the end it was a group project. This was a huge assignment that allowed us to work together.
