~ His father was convicted of treason and put to death,  Theodosius went into exile in Spain.

~ He built the Hadrian`s Wall in northern Britain to protect the Empire's borders.
~ He was an architect and was said to develop a half-dome structure called a "pumpkin dome" that was very sturdy because of the it's vertical braces that gave it a pumpkin shape.

Interesting Facts:
~ He spent the first 30 years of his life as a general and public official.
