In October of 2015, classmate Max set off for an exciting new opportunity: to star in the movie "Family Man" next to actor Gerard Butler. In an effort to continue to stay connected to his classmates, his teacher set up a blog for Max to use and document his new adventures. As his classmates were able to read about all of the filming endeavors, they were also able to leave (moderated) comments to him.

Without a doubt this is experiential as it is literally based on his experiences on set. And since Max has to currently reflect and think back to his day and how different situations made him feel, it is definitely mindful and engaging.

Because of being able to moderate the comments, the teacher is continuously creating a positive and respectful atmosphere for the students, which encourages student accountability. I would also assume that the parents were involved in the work and knew of the scope of the blog, which kept Max accountable to them and his classmates. For those reasons, I would say yes.

The initial blog started with 15 comments and stayed pretty constant until the start of November when it dropped to around 8 for a few weeks. It picked up again for the second-to-last blog, but the final "Wrapping it Up" post had no comments. Potentially keeping the classmates involved may support Max to keep writing even after he comes home to finish the last week of filming.
