- Maintenance: waste and vegetation management. Green spaces are poorly maintained and not very welcoming to people. You'll need to mow grass, add flowers, create clearer paths. You'll also need to add trash cans and invite people to take care of the place.
- Recreation: install facilites. This area is very standard and doesn't seem very appealing to those who want to get in touch with nature. A small vegetable garden should be added so that people can physically interact with nature. Also you need to add some equipment (benches, picnic table..)
Public Lights: You should also add lights around this area to spend time at night. It also makes people feel safer.

Security.
The place does not seem to be pleasant. the clear view lines are often disrupted by trees and shrubs, and there is no specific path that gives a direction towards safety.

Solutions:
1. integrating the trashcans in more open areas that provide pick-nick or gathering opportunities.
2. creating a specific (water impermeable) path that can be followed to reduce the interferrence with nature.
3. This pathway could also provide a sense of civilization, while creating a buffer between the more densified nature zones and a walkable zone.

Considering that this area is adjacent to the settlement, it plays an important role in the recreation of the population. Among the drawbacks and measures, the following are highlighted:1. The lack of paved footpaths prevents the use of the park in rainy weather.2. Extended relaxation requires the installation of benches, trash cans, and restrooms.3. The proximity to natural landscapes poses a threat of conflicts with wildlife. Therefore, the area requires maintenance measures.

It can be unsafe during the night because of criminals or drug/alcohol addicts hiding in the shadows.

It could be mitigated by weed control, and street lamps on the pathways.

2) No signs: The area is seemingly lacking any signs about what could be found and how far from certain points. If the park is large, it can cause loss of orientation in the park.

It could be mitigated simply by adding signs and well maintained pathways that people can follow.

3) Potential issues with trash: Although, we can see two bins in the picture, the lack of proper pathways may indicate that they are not supervised regularly and there could be illegal garbage dumb hidden in the woods.

It could be mitigated by infrastucture development and regular surveying of the area.

The grass seems poorly managed, which could be resolved by planting something that is native to the location. If these were shrubs and wildflowers, they could also enhance the biodiversity.

Few resources or elements of engagement for users. There appear to only be two waste bins, which are not very inviting for users. In order to make the park better maintained by its users, it is important for them to feel a connection to it, which can be done by adding benches and enhancing the natural elements of the park. If the shrubs from point 1 were to be planted in such a way that a path is naturally created through them, it would be inviting, as being guiding but allowing for exploration from the user.

Point 1 touches upon this as well, but increasing plant diversity could help naturally maintain the health of the plants. A variety of trees and other plants could be introduced to the area, of varying sizes, foliage, and colouring so as to create a more dynamic space.

1. **Maintenance costs**, such as cutting the grass, pruning trees and cleaning the area. This could be reduced by using native plants that need less maintenance.

2. **Safety issues**, especially if bushes or trees become too dense near the playground. Regular pruning and keeping clear visibility around the playground could help.

3. **Insects, allergies and litter**, which can make the area less comfortable for people. Good waste bins, regular cleaning and choosing suitable plant species can reduce these problems.
