clothing and valuables: clothes are not torn but stained with blood. A small amount of vomit is present on the shoulder area of the blouse.
head and neck: injury to the right temple, including an open wound where pre-mortem bruising is evident. No bruising to the neck. 
Trunk: No damage done, Abdomen is distended
Extremities: Ankles are swollen and signs of edema are positive with moderate fluid accumulation. Fingernails are gray, indicating low oxygen. The right proximal humerus and the left distal tibia show signs of a recently healed break. Inflamed, red injection sites on the left thigh. Right elbow bruise.
