I think it was successful because it kept people in homes and less people off the street. it also lowered the rate of homeless people in the U.S.

Yes, I do believe that its the governments job to keep the least people on the streets as possible.

I don't think anyone was critical because it was only helping people and not really hurting anyone. Some might say that the money could've been used for something better, but I think homes are pretty important too
