On the one hand you have a young woman who has found her path in life and is studying for an education, but she has to stop “living” her life because she got pregnant and can't do anything because she is forced to have the child. The fundamental right to abortion is to have the freedom to make choices of your own body and future. The dilemma for many people is when does the foster become a human with rights and is it okay to kill another human being? And whose choice is it to make?

An accident, incest or rape. These are all plausible, and reasonable reasons for having an abortion. If a girl was raped, and got pregnant, she should not have to go through the burden of raising a child, as a child. A terrible life for both the baby soon to be born, and the child that needs to raise it. On the other hand, women using abortions as birth control is out right wrong. Even though the fetus is not sentient yet, it is still a possible life you are taking later, rather than sooner.

The American people are people. People who develop through their life experiences. Who are we to take away those potential experiences? Babies aren’t fully developed when they are born either. When a fetus is developing, it is right then and there entitled to life as much as every other young soul.

On the one hand, when women get sexually assaulted and the results of that being pregnancy, you destroy their life. On the other hand, if every being is equal then why do we get to take away the person in the womb's fate?

The problem becomes severe when young females become pregnant due to rape. Especially if the doctors conclude that she is going to die if she goes through with the birth. In this case it becomes a life for life situation.

Some people believe that abortion should be illegal while some think that it should be a woman's right. Here are some of the arguments. some people (mostly christians) believe that the moment a fetus is created it is a life and that aborting it is a kin to murder while on the other hand people who are against it recognize the life changing aspects of giving birth / having a child and believe that you should be allowed to abort them in the case of rape or just the genuine accident that sometimes can come from ;) sex

On one hand we have Donald J. Trump whose thoughts about abortion keep changing. His plan is to criticize and punish women in need of abortions even though he avoids a direct conclusion about his actual plan. Trump's decision will be a climb on a steep hill. On the other hand we have Kamala D. Harris whose plan is awfully simple: every single woman should have the right to take control of their own body and get an abortion if needed.

Abortion is a controversial subject. On one hand are the ones who are pro-life, they believe that every human deserves to live and that a fetus is a human. On the other hand are the ones who are pro-choice, they believe that you have the right to choose whether you want to be pregnant and have a child or not. Pro-choice says abortion is not murder since the fetus, early in the pregnancy, is not a human yet. But pro-life believes that not long after the embryo is fertilized it becomes a human and it will therefore be murder to get an abortion. From a pro-choice perspective the most important thing is the choice to get pregnant and carry a child for 9 months. An example could be if a girl got raped and became pregnant, she should have the choice to get an abortion

“My body, my choice” is a common phrase used by pro-choice. The argument is that every woman has the right to bodily anatomy, and therefore every woman should have the right to terminate a pregnancy, when she pleases. “It’s just a fetus, a potential life”. On the other hand these arguments overlook the very fundamentals of life. Let’s take it from the top: First the argument “my body, my choice” is disregarding not only morals but also science. Fetus is not per say a part of the woman, the fetus has its own DNA, its own heartbeat, and religiously its own soul. Some of the extreme pro-choice activities would argue that a woman should be able to abort a child the very day before it is born. Where lies the morals in that? - Taking an innocent life. and how long before that idea becomes mainstream. A fetus is not a potential life - but simply latin for offspring.

Many people agree that abortion should be legal and it’s a human right. People who are pro-choice argument that you should have the right to get an abortion if you’ve got raped or can’t take care of the child. On the other hand we have the people who are pro-life, these people are often religious human beings and think abortion should be illegal because it’s by their definition murdering a child. But is it really murder if the child isn’t even born yet? If you ask people who is pro-choice then no. Because why should you get forced to give birth to a child if the child you’re carrying is from someone who raped you?

This is really a difficult issue, a lot of people would strongly disagree that you should murder a child that doesn’t even have the chance to live. Everyone should have the chance to live, even if you aren’t born yet. The opposite way you could say, who would let a child live if you know that it’s going to have a poor life?

There are many different opinions when it comes to the topic of women’s right to abortion. On the one hand people who are pro-choice, may use the argument that women should have the right to choose what they want to do with their own body. On the other hand people who are pro-life, use the argument that the fetus is a human being, and therefore should not be killed.

If abortion gets banned, it can force people into situations they might not be prepared for and that leads to mental problems and a difficult life. Women’s right to abortion has gained the attention of the American people. Some are for the right to abortion, the so-called “pro-choice”, and its anthesis “pro-life”, which is an anti abortion group. On the one hand the procedure of abortion has helped countless of women, who would had taken their own lifes due to possibly being exposed to sexual assault. It can be seen as a safe barrier that ensures women's safety. On the other hand the removal of a fetus can be seen as a murder of a human being, which is the pro-life groups main point. However the definition of “fetus” differs from group to group.

On one hand you can argue that abortion is killing, but on the other hand, you can question whether or not it is even alive yet. To make sure it isn’t, the left thinks abortion should be legal until the 24th week. However, you’re still killing the possibility of the fetus becoming a human, which is why the right think’s it being allowed in 23 weeks doesn't matter. Another argument the left uses is that it is the women's bodies and therefore also their right to choose themselves. They think that since they live in America where freedom is valued exceptionally high, it shouldn’t cross their rights to benefit from it as well.

Teen pregnancy is really popular, but for some it is not something young girls wish. Therefore abortion should be legal, and available for all women, of all ages. It is not all girls, who wish to be a mother, who even consented to be a mother. Whether they consent or not, they should have a right to choose to bring life into the world, because it is a big responsibility, not every girl is ready to face it. Seeing it from another perspective, if you are ready to commit to sleeping with someone, who can make you pregnant, without using protection, you should be aware of the consequences, which is getting pregnant, you should be able to take care of the child as well.

Women’s right to abortion is exactly that. A right. A fundamental human right; access to healthcare and liberty to make choices about one’s own body. From this perspective government control about a personal matter is mad. But from a religious perspective you could argue that the line is to be drawn, as it is child-murder. It is not possible to determine when the baby becomes conscious, and therefore it should not be legal to eliminate it. But what this arguments lack is scientific justification. According to science a fetus is not viable until at least the something th week of pregnancy, which supports the first claim; that abortion is a right.

A lot of people argue for or against women's right to abortion, also called pro life/ pro choice. The people who are for pro life argues, that a woman getting an abortion is the same as killing a life. Seen from another perspective are the people who are for pro choice. They think that a woman has the right to get an abortion, especially if is a young girl or woman, or if the woman is a victim of rape. On the other hand people, who are pro life think that a fetus is a life. They think a fetus is just as important as any other life, whereas the people who are pro choice think that the woman is the most important and if the woman can have a better life without the child, they have the right to get an abortion.

From the perspective of the pro-life supporters, a fetus is a potential human being, from when the embryo is first fertilized. This is why abortion according to them, is morally/ethically wrong, some even consider it murder. But from the perspective of the pro-choice supporters, a fetus is not alive until it moves, which is typically around 16-17 weeks into the pregnancy. Therefore it’s the parents’ right to decide whether they want to keep the baby or not up until this point. It has to be said, that while pro-life supporters are against abortion, a lot of them, like pro-choice supporters, can find exceptions, when it comes to for example rape, incest or the life of the mother.
