1. Globalization has made online education a popular and effective choice, particularly because of the developments of internet and technology. Future teachers like me, can now reach students locally and globally by teaching both online and in traditional classroom settings. Globalization also made it easier to access research, instructional strategies, and educational materials from around the world. This makes studying more interesting and applicable by bringing a variety of viewpoints in the classroom.

2. Globalization has made it possible to communicate with students around the world through online conferences, courses, and cooperative learning initiatives. These encounters have the potential to increase the future teacher's knowledge, strengthen professional network, and keep current of developments in the field of education around the world. Over time, this might improve their teaching effectiveness and competitiveness, as well as their resume.

DISADVANTAGES:

1. Teaching is no longer restricted to local communities or actual classrooms due to the growth of online learning platforms and remote instruction. Due to globalization, schools have the option to hire teachers from other nations, sometimes favoring individuals with specialized expertise or lower salary expectations. Future teachers, therefore have to constantly improve their abilities to remain relevant in the face of increased competition.

2. AI developments in education are fueled by globalization and provide virtual teaching assistants, automated grading, and individualized tutoring. While these tools aid in learning, they also pose a threat to conventional teaching positions. AI may be used by schools more and more to cut costs and increase efficiency, especially in subjects with a lot of content resulting to the future teacher's lack of opportunities.

Connecting with people around the world is much easier today than in the past. Thanks to satellites, fiber optic cables, and the internet, we can easily share information across different time zones and regions.

Around the globe, there are also symbols of social media platforms and technologies that play a big role in communication. Examples include Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Messenger. We also use devices like phones, laptops, and telephones to stay connected.

These tools allow us to communicate with people all over the world. Technology keeps growing and changing our lives, especially how we communicate. It also gives people better access to information and job opportunities. However, while technology makes life easier, we should also be careful of its negative effects.

1.) Because of globalization, civil engineers doesn’t have to stick to just local jobs. They might as well get the chance to work on big projects in other countries or even with international companies. This gives them more chances to earn and learn their professional experience.

2.) Due to Globalization engineering students can now learn new and smarter ways of doing construction and also learning their respective subjects . For example, they might learn a better way how to properly do math ,learn how other countries build earthquake-proof buildings or eco-friendly roads and so on. This helps them improve efficiency and quality of their work

1.) Since engineers from different countries can now apply for the same jobs, the student has to compete with a lot of people. This means that they have to work harder in order to stand out and get hired. They may also need to improve their skills constantly just to stay competitive in the global job market.
