Well a very good image editor online is PIXLR editor online. I'm not saying it's as good as Adobe Photoshop, but it's great for creating images assembled form various other images and photos, funny pictures made by photoshopping own images, cartoon panels etc. etc. There are a lot of tutorials online you can learn from. It's free and there's no need for registration!
