         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Australian Guide to Healthy Eating recommends that we eat..... (explain the purpose of the AGHE as well as the recommended daily intakes (suggested number of serves) of each food group).&nbsp;<br>The daily meal plan that I have developed contains the following serves of each food group:<br>*insert table*<br>As you can see... (explain table and compare the serves in your daily meal plan compared to RDIs for each food group.&nbsp;<br>If your meal plan contains the correct number of serves, detail these and explain why that means nothing needs to be changed.&nbsp;<br>If it doesn't meet the daily serves, give 1-3 suggestions on what could be changed in your meal plan in order for it to meet these RDIs.&nbsp;<br>For example, In order for my daily meal plan to meet the recommended daily serves of dairy, I could add a serving of low-fat greek yoghurt with a drizzle of honey alongside the fruit salad served for afternoon tea.&nbsp;<br>You can also mention that the RDI's are a guide, and inconsistencies within daily meal plans balance out during a week-long meal plan. </div>]]></description>
