    Limeted Liability Company
    A LLC is flexible it can be an s.corp or a c.corp. it also gives you the perk to pass-through taxes, and legal protectipn for your personal assets. plus the added benefit of looking more legit.
     Advantages:
    • pass through taxes
    • no residency requirement
    • legal protection
    • enhanced crediblity
    Disadvantages:
    • limited grow potential 
    • lack of uniformity
    • self employement tax
    • tax recognition on appreciated effcets
