Belarus culinary traditions represent a mix of simple recipes used by commoners and a sophisticated cuisine of the nobility, an extensive use of local ingredients and unusual way of cooking.<br></strong>D<strong>ay’s diet of Belarusians</strong> includes many traditional dishes. The most popular are pork stew (machanka) and vereshchaka, homemade sausages, draniki (thick potato pancakes), kolduny, kletski (dumplings), babka (baked grated potato pie), cold sorrel soup, mushroom soup...<br>COLD SOUP</div><div>YOU NEED </div><pre>1.Svetka
2 eggs
3. Cucumbers
4. Sour cream
5. Kefir
6. Salt
Eggs and beets peel and boil then cut into cubes and throw into a saucepan.
Cucumbers are washed and chopped. Send them to eggs and beets.
Pour the beetroot into a saucepan of eggs, beets and cucumbers.
