         <description><![CDATA[<p>What are the&nbsp;health benefits of cheerleading?</p><p>Though cheerleaders get a bad rep, there is a lot of health benefits involved in the act of leading cheers. First being cardiovascular, for example, tumbling and dancing. Second being strength building, for example, making a person pyramid helps with your core and trapezes. Next is flexibility, stretching between activities and before practice really keep your body limber and moist. Balance and coordination are also a pro, it improves body control and concentration. Team building, is being a family and learning to work with each other as a team.. Leadership&nbsp;is being helped by providing opportunities for motivating kids to learn how to be a leader.&nbsp;BOOM!!!!</p>]]></description>
