My explorer is Henry Hudson. He was born in England near 1560. He was an explorer trying to find a Northern Passage and a way around Russia. Even thou sometimes he failed he still was a great explorer because he always brought his ships back, he has a lot of stuff named after him, and other things. His first two trips were funded by the Muscovy Company. He found Native Americans and a river that is now named after him.

My explorer is Henry Hudson. He was born in England near 1560. He was trying to find the northwest passage around Russia to eastern china through the arctic ocean. He ended up being one of the first people to arrive in New York. Many people consider him a failure but i don't because his ships were always returned in great condition back to his investors and out of all of the explorers in history, he has the most land named after him.
