My boss never gives me any important work to do, and he says it´s because I´m too young, How can I convinced him that I´m capable of doing the job.

I´m 27 years old, nowadays I have a stable job and I can say I understand what do you mean, sometimes we can think that we can do more, and the most of the time it´s true, but we don´t consider the experience of our boss, so I´ll give you some suggestions that can help you:

§ One option is to help in the task that you want to do, in this way you will be able to learn about the process and obtain experience.

Farrokh Bulsara's life began on the West African island of Zanzibar on September 5, 1946. Twenty-five years later in London, under the name Freddie Mercury, he was fronting the now legendary rock band Queen.

The son of Bomi and Jer Bulsara, Freddie spent most of his childhood in India, where he attended St. Peters Boarding School. He began taking piano lessons at the age of seven. No one could have foreseen where his love of music would take him.

The Bulsara family moved to Middlesex in 1964 and from there Freddie joined a blues band called Wreckage, while studying graphic design courses at Ealing College of Art. While singing in Wreckage, a fellow student introduced Freddie to Roger Taylor and Brian May, founders of a group called Smile. Smile mutated into Queen when Freddie joined Roger and Brian as vocalist. The last to join the band, which remained together for the next twenty years, was bassist John Deacon, who joined on March 1, 1971.
