I think we have to start working with our students and with each other to build effective communication skills. Technology and social media are the present, so we have to embrace it and find solutions to foster positive experiences. I believe this course can allow for us to open up a dialogue that needs to be addressed so we can be effective school leaders. It starts with us and leading by example- listen to understand.
