The Wells Fargo Tower in Los Angeles received a gold certification level, scoring a 64/110. They received this rating as they accomplished many elements like innovation, regional priority credits, and energy/atmosphere. But they lacked certain aspects of integrative process credits, sustainable purchasing policies, solid waste management policies, and more.

I personally like the unique exterior design of the building as it contains a parallelogram-shaped base but there are sharp angles on the top. I also like how their outdoor plaza contains lots of vegetation and sculptures. It adds some life to the building.
