         <description><![CDATA[<p>~Under Article 2 of the Declaration, Sexual Orientation is not one of the parameters mentioned in defining 'Everyone'</p><p>~The declaration does not take into account all peoples religious and political perspectives. </p><p>~Article 3 - everyone has the right to life, this human right is violated by certain states which maintain the death sentence</p><p>~Asylum seekers rights are not maintained in many places around the world according to multiple articles of the declaration</p><p>~ Article 20 no one may be compelled to belong to an association- does this apply to or go against religous beleifs and associations. </p><p>~ What happens to the rights of persons living in nations which do not subscribe to this declaration or to the United Nations</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>It demonstrates acceptance of religions, does that include religions who partake in violence and slavery? (Declaration states that there should be no slavery or torture to a human being)</p><p>
If Saudi Arabia disagreed with the Declaration due to it not following the Sharia Law could it
be possible to add an exception in the Declaration as it does say freedom of religion?
