2)  It was very surprising to actually have the students to listen to us for the mini recap where we thought that they would not listen and do their own things. At the end of the workshop, some of the students feedback that we could give them more notes instead.

2) Understood a teacher's pain in engaging students to make them participate actively in a lesson. Very surprised that the students were much more cooperative and attentive when instructions were relayed down to them.

2. Felt how tough it is being a lecture to students who are either too quiet / noisy. Planning and teamwork is very important to ensure the flow of a lesson to be successful.

2. A trainer doesn't simply walk into a room without prior preparation, regardless of how easy it may seem for them to execute the workshop/lesson/training.
Aside from being prepared, a trainer also has to be able to switch between different sides of themselves and figure out within moment how to engage the trainees/audience best.

2. Besides well-planned activities, the trainers' enthusiasm will also influence the students' behaviour directly.
It was really fulfilling as a trainer when the students took part actively, and cheered for their classmates.

2. Effort really translates to how well-executed a workshop can be. The trainees will only open up to learn and have fun when the facilitators are doing the same, in other words, we have to take initiative to create the desired environment and atmosphere. 
3.
