At the end of the workshop, some of the students feedback that we could give them more notes instead.<br><br>3) One thing&nbsp;I will do differently is the tone I used, can be more high tone instead. </div>]]></description>

A trainer doesn't simply walk into a room without prior preparation, regardless of how easy it may seem for them to execute the workshop/lesson/training.<br>Aside from being prepared, a trainer also has to be able to switch between different sides of themselves and figure out within moment how to engage the trainees/audience best. <br><br>3. If I were to do this again I would keep a lookout for the more quiet students and ensure that they are not left out. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Contented and Grateful<br>2. Effort really translates to how well-executed a workshop can be. The trainees will only open up to learn and have fun when the facilitators are doing the same, in other words, we have to take initiative to create the desired environment and atmosphere.&nbsp;<br>3. I would hope to have a specific bonding time between facilitators and trainees, for example a game that could include us and let them know a little more about why we have to conduct this workshop and perhaps talk to them about HCM as a specialization.</div>]]></description>
