Delivery staff must arrive promptly within 1 hour of receiving the delivery form.

- J&T uses vehicles such as trucks, motorbikes or cooperates with conversion operations to ensure that the goods are transferred on time.

- Information about the conversion process has been updated with action links on the system so that the sender and recipient can track.

- Before the transaction, the staff can contact the recipient to determine the delivery time.

- The recipient checks the goods before signing and paying (if COD).

- J&T's responsibility is capped at actual damage or harm connected to the package. Indirect harm or loss (such as lost profits, revenue, or business possibilities) shall be excluded.

- Without valid invoice/certificate: Compensation according to the declared value, maximum 500,000 VND.

• The sender will use J&T Express's delivery service for orders throughout the month without having to pay for each individual order immediately.

• At the end of the month, J&T Express will aggregate the shipping costs from all the orders delivered during that month and send an invoice to the sender.

• The sender will then pay the total amount according to the invoice provided at the end of the month.

• Service users only need to create an application and register the collection amount.

• J&T shipping staff will deliver, collect money and update cash flow as required.
