-	The reflection on the role of teachers

Asia Sancholco's article highlights how artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the role of teachers in education. One key point is that AI can take on administrative and repetitive tasks, allowing teachers to focus on more essential aspects of the educational process, such as personal interaction and the development of critical skills in students. This transformation suggests that teachers should evolve into facilitators of learning, guiding students in the effective use of technological tools and fostering a collaborative environment.

Another important aspect mentioned is AI's ability to personalize learning. Teachers can now utilize AI systems to tailor educational experiences to meet the individual needs of each student, significantly enhancing engagement and performance. However, this also poses challenges, as educators must be prepared to interpret the data generated by these technologies and apply that knowledge to their pedagogical strategies. Continuous professional development becomes essential for educators to stay updated on these tools.

Finally, I believe that the role of teachers should be redefined not just as transmitters of knowledge but as mentors who integrate AI into their daily practice. This involves developing skills to collaborate with emerging technologies and fostering critical thinking about their use. The inclusion of AI should be viewed as an opportunity to enrich the educational process, where teachers guide students in an environment where technology and education complement each other, thus preparing new generations to face an increasingly digitalized world.
