         <description><![CDATA[<div>김치(Kimchi)<br><br>레시피(recipe):First, the cabbage is pickled in saltwater. The filling that goes in the cabbage is made of radishes that are shredded up. This is mixed with garlic, ginger, red pepper powder and other ingredients. The filling is spread between every caddage leaf so  that the spices get absorbed. After that, the kimchi is fermented in pot.<br><br>먼저, 배추는 소금물에절인다. 배추에 들어가는 김치 속은 채를 썬 무로 만들어진다. 속은 마늘, 생강, 고춧가루와  다른 재료들을 버무려서 만든다. 속은 양념이 모두 배도록 배추 잎 사이사이에 펴 바른다. 그런 다음 김치를 독에서 익힌다. <br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

Because it is famous in other countries, and I think it is a food that can be easily encountered in our country.(다른나라에서도 유명하고, 우리나라에 와서 쉽게 접할 수 있는 음식이라고 생각하기 때문이다.)<br><br>2.Recipe<br>1) Pick the tender part of sirloin or tenderloin and prepare beef by slicing it thinly.(소고기는 등심이나 안심의 연한 부분을 골라 얇게 썰어 준비한다)<br><br>2) After mixing the beef with pear juice, sugar and ginger juice, add the remaining seasoning ingredients and marinate them evenly for more than 30 minutes.<br>( 소고기를 배즙과 설탕, 생강즙에 버무려 재어 놓은 다음, 나머지 양념 재료를 넣고 간이 고루 베게 주물러 30분 이상 재어 둔다.)<br><br>3) Slice green onions diagonally to 0.5cm thick, and shred onions to 0.3cm thick. Cut the bottom of enoki mushrooms and prepare them.(대파는 0.5cm 두께로 어슷 썰고, 양파는 0.3cm 두께로 채 썬다. 팽이버섯은 밑동을 잘라 준비한다.)<br><br>4) Stir-fry meat and prepared vegetables in a heated pan.
