Erp, sayang kung nasa office tayo pprintan ulit kita ng certificate. Salamat sa lahat ng kabutihang loob mo samin mga nasa laylayan, simula pagiging teammate hanggang lead di ka nag bago.
Saka sa pag enhance and automate ng mga process natin sa scrum. Sana mapasaya kadin ng bago mo pero kung saktan ka nya pwede kang bumalik sa samin. Pero goodluck erp alam kong magiging best asset ka ulit sa next company mo. <3

Thank you Boss Aldrich! Hindi man tayo matagal nagkawork, madami naman akong magandang naririnig about you from Jeric mula nung pumasok sya sa Home Credit. Actually, isa sa reason why I decided to apply din is dahil sa kwento nya na ang babait ng mga boss at kasamahan nya. Hindi naman ako nagkamali kasi eto yung home ko for almost three years, and kayo ng team ang naging family namin.

Very rare for someone who works in a company to meet leaders not bosses. And you are one of the best leaders na we've ever met. Yung kindness mo radiates on the things that you do eh. Alam mo yung naiinspire kami to work better not because afraid kami to miss deadlines, but because we want to achieve things together with you as our leader. Inspired leadership kumbaga. I want to be a leader like you. Patient, generous and kind.
