This allusion is saying that the girl the member of One Direction is talking about is his weakness, like how kryptonite is Superman's weakness.

This is saying his father is much better than his uncle. 

2: In the soliloque of act one scene two of Hamlet, Hamlet alludes to mythology again when he says " My fathers brother, but no more to my father than i to Hercules" This is basically Hamlet saying that although  tecnically Claudius(his uncle) is his stepdad, he feels no more familial connection to his uncle than he does to Hercules, a mythological character

3:In act 3 scene one of Hamlet, Hamlet alldes to mythology when he says "the fair Ophelia! Nymph, in thy orisons" This is comparing the girl he loves, Ophelia, to a Nymph which is a goddess. 

4: In Act 3, Scene 2 of Hamlet, in almost the first sentence Shakespeare says, "Tis now the Very witching time of night" Tis is alluding to the nature of witches and the negative vibe they have to describe a time of night.

5: In Act 3, Scene 2 of Hamlet. Shakespeare writes, "The soul of Nero enter this firm blossom" Here the allusion is being made for a Roman Emperor that was known for his cruelty.
