We would do an experiment once a week, then afterwards, we would write about our experiments, like what the items looked like before, during, and after the experiment. Then we would learn about the reaction that took place.
2. As a Cub Scout leader, we had someone come and talk to the boys electricity and ways that it causes fire or electrical shock. I loved the project in the previous class with Dr. Cornelius where we cut different shapes out of magazines. It was authentic, fun, and related to our curriculum.
2. When taking a Spanish class in high school, we took a field trip to lunch after we have had Spanish for 3 quarters of the year. We had learned a lot, so our teachers took us to a Mexican Restaurant.
