Next it cuts to Melissa talking about her daughter while we see her playing in the garden. She also talks about the life she has now and how she’ll never replace Charlotte, her best friend who died in the car accident.

There are a few seconds of her talking and then  her voice narrates the reconstruction that is shown next. The reconstruction displays a variety of shots. She tells us how her and a friend planned to get a taxi home and we see a cutaway which is a close up showing a phone ringing a taxi service. 
Every time she talks about what happened there is a cutaway to the reconstruction. When shes talking about her feelings now, the talking space shot comes back. She then narrates the reconstruction of them driving home and tells us how they stuck to small roads and then about how they argued in the car. The actors in the reconstruction portray this arguing until we here Melissa's friend scream.
