Being Strict is doesn't want nobody to go/do anything. I don't like it when some teachers don't let students go to the bathroom when they want to. They usually are putting down the other person or giving unconstructive or forceful feedback. The other person will probably not react well to this. One instance of this happening was not directly to me, but it was when a teacher criticized the entire class for something that only one or two people did. It was a little bit rude because the teacher was not taking into the account the students that were doing what they were supposed to, and instead being angry with the whole class.
When someone is strict, they have high standards for their students. They believe that their students are capable of meeting those standards. A strict teacher has to have a balance. They can't be too strict because they have to recognize their students' needs and capabilities. If a teacher is too strict, students may feel like they are under too much pressure and they might be very stressed. Strictness is good when the bar is set high, but not so high that the students can't reach it.
