While we may not be able to have the testing tickets, a practice round should be done the day before, during 7th period. * teachers pick up, verify tickets and sign off items and arrive at 8:30 to pick up.
*Bell schedule .. push back all lunches begin test time at 10 am and students begin dismissing to lunch and transition extended time students to media center. late students have designated areas.
* Test Admin. & proctor google sheet completed and sent out with rooms identified
* deans walking their grade level areas pushing kids in prior to testing and dealing with student issues
* utilize student services with distributing items and confirming with teachers any questions
* have someone answering phone and radio other than test coordinator

Therefore, the teachers were required to stay in their classrooms during their lunch and not leave due to having test materials in their possession. So, when the teachers appears on the day of testing the folders are ready to go.
This will alleviate long wait lines for the teachers, and everything should flow smoothly.
