As a reader, i like to find the meaningful parts of the book, the ones that i can understand in a deeper meaning. As a writer, i like to keep it short and simple, which doesnt always work out for me because i dont always use deep details in the shorter papers i write. Throughout the play i noticed a few examples of symblosim. The first was the mailbox with the key torrid held. It representes or sybmolizes how nora was keeping a secret from her husband. The second symblism i notcied were the macroons nora was so fond of. She makes a point in the play the she obeys her husband, but she sneaks around him and deobeys him by eating these sweet treats behind his back and lying about where she got them. My possibilities where endless. Everyone I knew already had an idea of who they wanted to be or at least an idea, where they wanted to go to college and what they wanted to study. Eveyrthing she does is controlled by him and i feel that this picture represnts that message. But when are books ever what we think they are. Reading is not something that i normally enjoy doing, unless the book really captures my attention thats when i could read for hours on end .This book however i would never have voluntarly read this book, im glad i did, it was intresting and had me wanting to read more. There was aloottt of sexual context in this book that i was absolutly not expecting.
