During my ToD , the day was pretty good without any problem. During morning study there weren't much toilet visitor. The breakfast was good, and egg was there as part of their menu. the lunch was enough for everyone. then there was evening prayer in old MPH. students were doing revision and were serious with their studies. bean along with Soya chunks was dinner menu.

Morning study done as usual, there were 10 boys and 8 girls missing from study hours. Breakfast served with fried chick peas, rice and Dhal. Students continued with SUPW. Teachers and students gathered in MPH at 8:15 am. There was award of khadar, badges and oath taking ceremony for the vice captains. The programme was presided over by Gewog Lam. Mr Dhendup(senior Librarian) who recently arrived from India upon completion of training presented a pen to all students and teachers.The programme concluded with photo session and serving tea and shamdrey. Lunch was served as usual. Students had skilling programme after 8th period. There were 6 boys and 2 girls missing during evening study hours. Dinner was served at 7:20 pm. The menu included rice with potato curry and Dhal.

Over all there wasn’t any major issues during the day. Most teachers were busy wrapping up their lessons for midterm exam, and also preparing questions and submission to exam secretary.

During the morning study session, 80% of students were studying and 20% were sleeping and going to the toilet frequently.

Meals: All three meals served to the students were reported to be sufficient. The meal menu for the day included:

Morning: Fried rice, and Dal

Lunch: Rice with mixed vegetables curry accompanied by Dal.

Dinner: Rice with potatoes, served with Dal.

Evening study’s observations: all the boys and girls were present for the evening study, except those who are sick and on leave. All the students are meaningfully engaged in completing homework and studying.

Good practice noticed:

-All the captains take their responsibilities seriously.

-All students came for meals on time. But a few come late after visiting toilets.

- All students had meals in the hall.

Good Observations:

Nearly 90% of mentees were reported in their supw area and doing work sincerely. 10% of mentees were coming for supw area a little late by 5 minutes.

Almost 98% of the mentors are in the Morning supw.(Good practice)

Suggestions/feedback

Installation of light in the corridor, especially for boys, would benefit them because a few students want to study outside the room.

Dining hall was cleaned well and the day went well after dinner at 8 pm.

The day went smoothly. It was Scout Day, and the Captain on Duty (CoD) made the announcements clearly and confidently.

Meals were sufficient and served on time. While serving, the cooks and captains wore masks, ensuring hygiene and safety.

During study time, a few students were seen visiting others; however, most were focused and studying well.
