This allowed me to experience different cultures and interact with a variety of people at a young age. I had to move a lot growing up because of my dads job, so traveling helped make moving easier for me and my sisters. No one from my high school was coming to the University of Arkansas, so I took the opportunity to come here to have to grow by myself. My family is about 12 hours away from me now, so to help me not focus on the distance from them I participated in rush. I did this so I could put myself out there and meet girls before school started. This helped to better my experience here and make me feel less lonely. I grew up doing competitive gymnastics since I was two years old. Through this, I had to overcome a variety of injuries. Because of this, I was in and out of hospitals and doctors offices a lot during my childhood. This allowed me to be around nurses and for them to help me personally. I soon realized that nursing was the path I wanted to take for myself. I applied for Nursing school in January and got accepted in June.
