Dyana is a literal rockstar and is consistently checking in on me to make sure that I'm doing okay. I appreciate her leadership, her kindness, and her willingness to literally go above and beyond for her campuses. She is the definition of lead with love and always questioning and I'm just so grateful I get to be in spaces with her.

Coming in mid-season is a very difficult task and you took to this work like a duck to water. Joining a very burdensome sub-team with constant cohort wide tactic and sub-tactics to manage and you did it with resiliency, curiosity, and little complaint. I can't wait to see the continued growth next season. They'll be asking for you by name at Rice and A&M come this time next year.
