I've gone through the list of families that we have on the system and found the following: 

First, I outlined the team members and the tools we will use during the validation process. Second, I asked for a mobility plan and the day we will visit the beneficiaries and monitor their needs within the village.  

Finally, the correct names have been filled in excel spreadsheets to get the health assistance they need.

 I've reviewed all the points that we discussed in the last meeting regarding support for the targeted areas. Everything is fine, but there are two things I want to tell you.

 First, with regard to education, I attached a file for you that includes all the names of supported and unsupported schools, and the schools that need more, according to the number of their students. This should happen after coordination with local councils to take data and check them.

Before all of this, you must take the consent of the Ministry.

 Secondly, with regard to the recent wave of displacement, it is unfortunate and in urgent need of intervention. Approvals have been obtained to target these areas, but we suffer from the difficulty of some people who do not carry identity papers because of their loss, and I am afraid that they will be deprived when they are in dire need.

   Therefore, it is possible to rely on pictures on identification papers or identifiers of persons.

 Finally, working with partners to support the health sector is valuable and should continue to provide support.
