  3. Name a demand that you can fulfil; something people in the world actually need or want, and will pay for.

Being at a disadvantage due to the lack of recent experience in teaching as well as being able to comply with the requirements of the class at a high standard. 
2. There wouldn't be a logical sequence of steps to comply with the different requirements of the class / There wouldn't be clear instructions to what has to be done or set deadlines to comply
