WHAT IS IT?

It dates from the 18th century and is a popular style construction, although with clear neoclassical connotations. It has a Latin cross plan and has a single vaulted nave and a semi-orange dome. The main altar is presided over by the image of Our Lady of the Assumption, which is popularly known as the Virgin of the Dawn.
