         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Macbeth Act 1, Scene 7, Lines 47-48. I selected this quote becuase I initally recognzied the theme of gender &amp; identity in this scene. Macbeth's masculinity is being insulted by Lady Macbeth as she tempts him to murder the king. <br>However, Macbeth would prefer to retain his loyalty to his king and kinsmen.  He is doing that all that is appropriate for a man of his title.  Anyone that embraces sinful deeds is no man at all; they are simply cruel.</div>]]></description>
