Implication to lecturers would that lecturers need to diversify (upgrade skills set) and take on more breath  for teaching, rather than being specialised / focused on 1 area. Also, lecturers would need to be more observant on students' interest and strengths, so that we can guide them in a more suited direction</div>]]></description>
