         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>This short video warned Americans in the United States that the measles outbreak is spreading. </p></li><li><p>Target audience are those living in the United States and live in West Texas. </p></li><li><p>i cant find any scholarly Journal to compare this artifact to. However, they did cite John Hopkins university. </p></li><li><p>This information is updating the public that the outbreak is continuing to grow and shows no signs of slowing down, with 1200 confirmed cases.</p></li><li><p>This article did not have CC, so those who are deaf would not have access to this information. </p></li></ol>]]></description>

This could lead POC to feel like this is a virus that doesn't affect them. </p></li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>This artifact was found on instagram and shows the efficacy of the measles vaccine. </p></li><li><p>Target audience would be for those who are skeptical about receiving or getting the vaccine for their children. </p></li><li><p>I could not find a scholarly journal that is directly correlated to the graph presented on this artifact, however, i was able to find an article that does agree with the efficacy of measles vaccination. The effectiveness of Measles-mumps-rubella vaccination in the prevention of pediatric hospitalizations for targeted and untargeted infections: a retrospective cohort study. Human vaccines &amp; immunotherapeutics, 13(8), 1879-1883. <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://doi.org/10.1080/21645515.20">https://doi.org/10.1080/21645515.20</a></p></li><li><p>Target audience would be antivaxxers who believe the vaccine is similar to the flu vaccine and is not very effective, and you will still "get the measles anyways".</p></li><li><p>This artifact is easy to understand and easily accessible. The only downside is that it is on a social media platform, that not everyone may use. </p></li></ol>]]></description>

The vaccine is safe and is 97% effective at preventing measles.</p></li><li><p>Target audience would be parents to children, wondering if they should vaccinate their child against measles.</p></li><li><p>The information is evidence based due to its reference of the American Academy of Pediatrics. <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.aap.org/en/patient-care/measles/">https://www.aap.org/en/patient-care/measles/</a></p></li><li><p>This artefact can improve public health by spreading the word to get your child vaccinated. </p></li><li><p>Although the artefact is easy to read, this artefact is on social media platform Instagram, which is not used by everyone. The image is text only, so it does not reflect different families. </p></li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>This artefact was found on the internet, and discusses the outlook of measles aroudn the world, and the WHO response/agenda.</p></li><li><p>Target audience would be the general public who want to educate themselves on measles, but also healthcare workers and advocates, who want knowledge on how to better help fight against the virus.</p></li><li><p>The artefact is evidence based because it was found on the WHO website. <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.who.int/news-room/fact-sheets/detail/measles">https://www.who.int/news-room/fact-sheets/detail/measles</a></p></li><li><p>This artefact helps educate and bring awareness and also helps fight misinformation that may be spreading.</p></li><li><p>WHO may not be easily accessible by everyone, especially those without access to the internet. However, it does offer the article in multiple languages and has POC representation in photos. </p><p><br></p></li></ol>]]></description>

The mother of the patient was very skeptical about vaccines/healthcare procedures. The ER doctor attempted to educate mother on safety of Measles vaccine.</p></li><li><p>Target audience would be the general public as an education on how measles can progress into dangerous territory and importance of vaccines.</p></li><li><p>There are many scholarly journals that discuss the measles vaccine and its efficacy and its safety.
