         <description><![CDATA[<div>Within our contemporary lessons with Julius we have been focusing on the Horton technique. This technique is made up of flat backs, tilts, lunges and lateral stretches. This is a flat back excercise we have been working on, it is used to stabilize your core, stretch the hamstrings, mobilize the hips and will also strengthen the back.</div>]]></description>

As we had only been studying the Horton technique for a short time it took a while to grasp how to perform the choreography. Now that I feel more comfortable with the style I can add different elements to execute the movements in a more interesting way such as the use of breath.</div>]]></description>
