It was the first time I've ever been to a mall, so i was really excited. I went into every store that caught my eye and finally stopped at one. There were many dresses, my focus was specially on a mid length black dress, i fell in love with it that very instance. My aunt noticed and offered to buy me that dress and i was beyond happy. so I marched into the trail room, tried it on, and it was perfect!! It was the first time I wore a midi dress, I felt beautiful. But what's sad is that i haven't wore it out till today, even after 4 years. Maybe because people are judgemental or it could be my insecurities. But I did wear it twice, once with pants and the other time for a photoshoot with my friends inside the house. Now that i think of it, i associate the dress with freedom. It felt warm. It felt happy. So I have selected another saree and stitched into a long gown. It felt the same again.
