For example, a few rules the Congress has created are that the drone can fly no higher than 400 feet, the drone must stay in eye sight, and you have to follow your local guidelines created by Academy of Model Aeronautics. While flying drones the person flying the drone can not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, this is so the person can make decision that aren't clouded. There are also rules to follow before flying of a small unmanned air-craft. Such as, if you were to fly with five miles of an airport you would have to contact the airport, also you would have to check and follow all local laws and ordinances before flying over private property.
